Two large elevated Villas overlook the Ranthambhore escarpment looking over open grassland and forest giving you an uninterrupted view of the Ranthambhore hills unlike any other. The Villas have a large private sun deck with an open to sky Hot Spa tub. These are our most luxurious accommodation offering the best views and privacy

Your cottages are part of a private compound of 1600 sq.ft.

The area includes a spacious and comfortable bedroom, a bath with an open to sky outdoor shower and a large, old fashioned tub. A private courtyard and veranda look over to the Tiger reserve beyond and runs down to the lake within the premises of Khem Villas

Our most luxurious tent, the superior tent is our biggest tent with a private verandah, indoor & outdoor shower and comfortable cozy bed. Spacious and comfortable, with minimalist, modern appointments.

Each tent is erected on a wooden platform and supported by a steel frame. Spacious and comfortable, with minimalisic, modern appointments. The bathrooms are designed using natural materials like bamboo and wood to give a rustic charm without compromising on comfort and functionality. These tents have very efficient heating and cooling systems to make your stay extra comfortable.

Deluxe Room with Balcony is located in the first floor of the main building. There are two of these rooms, which if combined make up a two bedroom suite. Both rooms have a private balcony overlooking beautiful forest views.
